Return & Refund Policy

Custom Orders
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are uniquely personalized for you. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin the customization process. Therefore, changes to details such as size, color, or design are no longer possible after the order is submitted.

If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will promptly correct it and send you a replacement. Unfortunately, refunds are not available in these cases. Customized products are exclusive and cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding!


Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins after placement.
Please note: Personalized orders are locked for processing immediately after the order is completed. Double-check all details before submitting your order to avoid issues.


Free Replacement

We offer a free replacement in the following scenarios:

  1. Shipping Delays: If your package shows no movement for more than 3 weeks or far exceeds the estimated arrival time, and there is no issue with the shipping address, you’ll receive a replacement promptly.
  2. Defective Products: If your product meets one of the following conditions within 30 days of arrival:
    • Damaged, defective, or broken due to manufacturing or shipping issues.
    • Incorrect customization, such as misprinted details.
    • Significantly different from what you ordered.

Replacement Process:
To process a replacement, please email us with the following information:

  1. Order number and your email address.
  2. Photos or videos of the defective product.
  3. If it’s a printing error, include clear photographs of the issue.
  4. For sizing issues, include photos showing measurements with a tape, stick, or ruler.

Once verified by our customer service team, a replacement will be sent. Since replacements are usually sufficient to resolve most issues, refunds are not provided.


Replacement for a Small Fee

In some situations, a replacement can be issued with a small fee relative to the original price. This includes cases where:

  • The wrong item, design, or size was sent due to incorrect customization input during the order process.

In these cases, you don’t need to return the defective item.


Important Notes

  1. Customer Errors: Replacements are typically not available for mistakes made by the customer, such as providing an incomplete or incorrect address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.
  2. Product Variance: A slight variance of up to 20% between advertised images and the actual product may occur due to lighting during photography or monitor display differences.
